The portfolio has been split into 3 sections. Web Design (this page), Graphics and Illustrations and Print work. You can navigate between these sections from the links above.
Below are the websites, templates and layouts I've designed and built recently.

Eid Magazine LondonThe Eid Magazine website was developed to complement the publication distributed in the Greater London area. The site contains past editions of the magazine and information for advertisers and distribution. The challenge was to design the website to reflect the current look and feel of existing Eid Magazine material that was already in distribution.

The BMX CentreOne of my earlier websites, the BMX centre was a fairly straightforward project. All that was required in this instance was an 8 page static website to showcase what the The BMX Centre had to offer.

Yusuf Youth InitiativeThe YYI previously had a website that was in need of a re-design. Although much of the content from the previous site was kept, I changed the overall design to bring it up to date and reflect what the organisation was all about.

Utopia Planitia YardsUtopia Planitia Yards is something I made in my spare time. I wanted to use several different web development techniques I had not had a chance to use yet.
I decided to use them all in one website, and eventually ended up making Utopia Planitia Yards.

The Sopranos - Family TreeThis website is a small interactive guide to the central mob characters from the TV show, The Sopranos.
I made this mainly to try out a few ideas and techniques I had - mainly the detailed pop-up information boxes.

Flexible “Black Tree” DesignThis is just another simple clean layout I made - again I wanted try a few new ideas, like the articles and links boxes. Also the design is fluid - which means it will stretch to accommodate whatever screen width you are using.

“Las Vegas” DesignThis is a slight re-design I made of my old website. It started out with the famous Las Vegas road sign. This gave me the idea to convert it into a vector illustration. I then started to draw the various casinos of Las Vegas and eventually had a completed banner. Rather than it go to waste I made the rest of the page in a similar style.

“Web 2.0” LayoutThis is my attempt at creating a generic Web 2.0 layout that is pretty trendy these days. It has all the clichés: Rounded boxes, gradients, oversized fonts and a lot of white space.

CSS Zen GardenThis design is my submission to the popular web design website, CSS Zen Garden. The challenge was to design the layout of the page without altering the structure or content on the page. I wrote the stylesheet and drew the images to transform the page into an create an eye catching design

Azeem Alim Design Ver.1This is the first version of my website. I made it a couple of years ago so it was time for a change.

Star Trek - Episode GuideThis is an simple episode guide I built is an addition to Utopia Planitia Yards, mainly due to several requests. It is also available to download so it can be customised to your liking or just kept simply as a reference. Visit the site for more info.

Imageless TemplateThis is my attempt at an imageless template. This template uses no images or tables in its design and was built using only XHTML, CSS and some imagination. It's also small in size, only 7.92kb
