Imageless Template 02
No Images? Heyyyy!
Welcome. This is my second attempt at designing an imageless web template. My first attempt was quite basic so I decided to build something a little more detailed and eye catching. The challenge here was to try and make a template that looked great with the added restriction of using no images whatsover.
This template is 3 pages. The homepage that you are currently reading, a blog page and a simple gallery. There are also 2 navigation bars (top and left) for added flexibility.

This is another information box. It can be used for quotes, special messages or any announcements.
This template was built with valid XHTML and CSS and not a single table was touched in its layout. It's also been tested in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. If for some strange reason you are still using Internet Explorer then I strongly suggest you upgrade to a better browser such as Firefox by Mozilla
This is an open source template, which means that you are free to use it in any way you want to without any obligations. If you decide to use this template, I kindly ask you to leave the "Design by AzeemAlim.co.uk" link in the footer

Using XHTML and CSS has many advantages such as:
- W3C Standard Code: Adherence to strict guidelines results in cleaner code. All extraneous or ambiguous elements are eliminated, so pages are smaller, load faster, and render correctly.
- Accessibility Friendly: XHTML is currently readable by the greatest number of browsers, devices and assistive technologies like screen readers. Accessibility is quickly becoming a legal issue.
- Search Engine Friendly Code: XHTML produces pages that search engine spiders find easy to understand. There are no presentational elements or bloated code to confuse the spiders, so they'll crawl everything that matters and rank you accordingly.
- Easy Maintenance: Changes to CSS web page designs are simple. Instead of having to go back and alter every single page of your site, with CSS only the relevant style sheets have to be updated, saving you hours of work and limiting the introduction of possible errors.
